Last updated: May 19, 2026
Finapolis is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure our platform is accessible to the widest possible audience.
Quick Summary
We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across our platform. This includes ensuring keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, sufficient color contrast, and clear content structure throughout the Finapolis experience.
If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using our platform, please contact us at support@finapolis.com. We are committed to responding within 2 business days.
1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
At Finapolis, we believe that financial research tools should be accessible to all investment professionals and serious investors, regardless of their abilities. Our commitment to accessibility is reflected in our product design, development processes, and ongoing platform improvements.
We recognize that accessibility is not a one-time effort but an ongoing journey. Our team regularly reviews and updates our platform to address accessibility concerns, incorporate user feedback, and align with evolving best practices and standards in web accessibility.
This commitment extends across all modules of our platform, including the Screener, Analyzer, Reporter, Trader, and Portfolio Manager, as well as our AI companion Napoli's interactive features.
2. Standards & Guidelines
Finapolis follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the Level AA conformance level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
WCAG 2.1 Level AA addresses a wide range of recommendations including text alternatives, adaptable presentation, distinguishable elements, keyboard accessibility, predictable navigation, input assistance, and compatibility with assistive technologies.
Our development team incorporates these standards from the design phase through implementation and testing.
3. Conformance Status
Finapolis is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address these areas and improve our overall conformance.
Accessibility Features:
- Keyboard navigation throughout the platform
- Screen reader compatibility with NVDA and VoiceOver
- High contrast mode and color customization
- Resizable text up to 200% without loss of functionality
- Alternative text for images and visualizations
- Skip-to-content links and ARIA landmarks
4. Technical Specifications
Accessibility of the Finapolis platform relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:
- HTML5 with semantic markup
- WAI-ARIA labels and roles
- CSS for visual presentation and responsive design
- JavaScript with progressive enhancement
5. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations:
- PDF Reports: Generated PDF reports may not be fully accessible. Accessible HTML versions are available as alternatives.
- Charts & Visualizations: Some interactive charts have limited screen reader support. Data is also available in tabular format.
- Real-time Data Updates: Live data updates can sometimes interrupt screen readers. Users can pause auto-updates in their preferences.
6. Third-Party Content
The Finapolis platform integrates content and functionality from various third-party providers. While we strive to ensure all integrated content meets accessibility standards, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of all third-party content. We work with our providers to advocate for improved accessibility and seek alternatives when necessary.
7. Ongoing Improvements and Assessment
Finapolis is committed to continuous improvement of our platform's accessibility. We regularly assess our digital products for accessibility, conduct user testing with people with disabilities, and incorporate feedback into our development process.
This Accessibility Statement is updated regularly to reflect our progress and address new commitments.
