Finapolis Inc. is committed to providing a digital platform that is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. This statement describes our conformance status, known limitations, and how to reach us with accessibility feedback.
1. Our Commitment
Finapolis Inc. (“Finapolis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a digital platform that is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that access to financial information and tools is important for everyone, and we are actively working to ensure that our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
This Accessibility Statement describes our current conformance status, the scope of our accessibility efforts, known limitations, how to request an accommodation or report a barrier, and how to contact us with accessibility feedback.
2. Conformance Status
Partial Conformance. The Services are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the Services do not fully conform to the standard. We are actively working to address known gaps and to improve accessibility across all areas of the platform. We conduct periodic accessibility audits and incorporate remediation into our development roadmap on an ongoing basis.
3. Technical Specifications
The Services rely on the following technologies for conformance with WCAG 2.1:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript (including React-based components)
- WAI-ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications)
We test for accessibility using the following combinations of browsers and assistive technologies:
- NVDA screen reader with Google Chrome (Windows)
- VoiceOver with Safari (macOS and iOS)
- TalkBack with Chrome (Android)
- Keyboard-only navigation (no mouse) across all major browsers
4. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content on the Services may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The following limitations are currently known and are being actively addressed:
(a) Third-Party Market Data Widgets. Certain real-time data feeds, charts, and interactive widgets are provided by third-party data vendors. Some of these components may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with our data providers to improve accessibility and, where not feasible, to provide accessible alternative presentations of the same data.
(b) PDF Documents. Some downloadable reports, disclosures, or research materials provided through the Services may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate existing PDFs and to ensure that new PDF content is produced in accessible formats.
(c) Legacy Content. Certain older pages or archived content may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We prioritize remediation based on frequency of use and user impact.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed above, please contact us using the information in Section 6. We take all reports seriously and will work to address them.
5. Assistive Technology Compatibility
The Services are designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
- Screen magnification software
- Speech recognition software (e.g., Dragon NaturallySpeaking)
- Keyboard-only navigation
- High-contrast display modes
For the best experience, we recommend using a current, standards-compliant browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) with the latest version of your preferred assistive technology.
6. Requesting an Accommodation or Reporting a Barrier
We want to hear from you. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Services, would like to request content in an alternative format, or need assistance completing a transaction, please contact our Accessibility Team:

You may also contact your state’s civil rights enforcement agency or the U.S. Access Board (https://www.access-board.gov) for additional resources.
8. Third-Party Content and Links
The Services may include links to third-party websites, embedded tools, or content provided by third-party vendors. Finapolis does not control the accessibility of third-party content and cannot guarantee that linked sites or third-party services meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We encourage users to contact third-party providers directly with accessibility concerns related to their content.
Where third-party components are integral to the Services (such as data visualization tools or embedded financial calculators), we communicate our accessibility requirements to our vendors and seek to use or procure accessible alternatives where available.
9. Our Ongoing Accessibility Efforts
Accessibility is not a one-time project—it is part of how we build and maintain the Services. Our current practices include:
- Periodic accessibility audits, including both automated testing and manual review by users of assistive technology
- Accessibility review as part of our pre-release quality assurance process for new features
- Internal accessibility training for our product and engineering teams
- Tracking and prioritizing accessibility issues in our development backlog
- Reviewing and updating this Accessibility Statement when material changes occur
10. Updates to This Statement
We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time to reflect improvements to the Services, changes in our accessibility program, or updates in applicable standards or law. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Statement reflects when it was most recently revised. We encourage you to review this Statement periodically.
